About

DevOps Engineer at the Buenos Aires City Government, operating an OpenShift cluster with 1,000+ namespaces and declarative CI/CD, specialized in troubleshooting platform, observability and pipeline incidents. I am steering my career toward DevSecOps: static analysis and secret detection at scale, software supply chain security and platform hardening. Background in full-stack development; starting a Bachelor's in Data Management and Analytics in 2027.

Work experience

  1. Operating and evolving the City Government's OpenShift platform and CI/CD (Tekton + ArgoCD).

    • Technical point of contact for process improvement across development, infrastructure and vendor teams.
    • Built an automated security audit (Python scripts with gitleaks and Semgrep, 1,100+ rules) across ~700 repositories, with consolidated per-project and per-file reports for development teams.
    • Took part in migrating the repositories to a new GitLab platform, resolving the impact on ~570 Tekton pipelines (DNS, SSH credentials and connectivity through F5).
    • Designed with Red Hat the golden path for Red Hat Developer Hub (Backstage) and support its rollout with client teams: pilot applications, template and pipeline gaps, and non-standard cases.
    • Contributed to GitOps secret management with Sealed Secrets: a Tekton pipeline that encrypts secrets and versions them in the manifests repository.
    • Resolved a 100% full Loki WAL: identified a stuck checkpoint as the root cause and recovered the service without restarting pods, preventing log loss.
    • Found that cluster workers had 99% of CPU reserved against 7-43% actual usage, and built an analysis of oversized resource requests across ~4,500 pods.
    • Built Grafana observability dashboards and Python automations with Jira Cloud, and drive a centralized component catalog as the single source of truth for ticketing and observability.
  2. EduAnalytica

    Full Stack Web Developer

Web management platform for schools (Python, Django, DRF, Celery, MySQL, React, HTMX, Docker, React Native).

    • Led the design, development and maintenance of a web management platform for schools.
    • Coordinated a team of 3 developers: task planning, code review and technical mentoring.
    • Gathered requirements from teachers and school staff and turned them into concrete features.
    • Migrated from dedicated servers to VPS, cutting costs, and improved application performance.
